WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THERAPY?
In therapy, you can expect a safe and confidential space where you can explore and discuss your
thoughts, feelings, and concerns with a trained and non-judgmental professional. A counselor will listen,
offer a new perspective, and give you tools to empower and strengthen you to make changes that can
make a big impact in your life.
WHAT IS A COUNSELING SESSION LIKE?
A counseling session is a confidential and supportive conversation between an individual and a trained
mental health professional. The specific structure and content of a session can vary based on the
therapeutic approach, the counselor's style, and the client's needs.

Each counseling session is unique, tailored to your individual needs and goals. The relationship between
you and your counselor is a collaborative one, and you play an active role in shaping the direction of
your therapeutic experience. Open communication with your counselor about your expectations and
concerns is encouraged for a more effective and positive experience.
